An organisational analysis and diagnostic project was executed for a public organisation, as well as the development and implementation of an integrated HR management system aligned to their strategy. A comprehensive project which encompassed four workstreams: Organisation, HR Function, Culture and Communication. Our client requested our support in the Change Management process through the reorganisation of their Business Model, as well as transversal factors in the HR processes, facilitating directors with people management tools, and integrating all actions in an EFQM context (European Foundation of Quality Management). |
