An organisational analysis and diagnostic project was executed for a public organisation, as well as the development and implementation
of an integrated HR management system aligned to their strategy.
A comprehensive project which encompassed four workstreams: Organisation, HR Function, Culture and Communication.
Our client requested our support in the Change Management process through the reorganisation of their Business Model, as well as
transversal factors in the HR processes, facilitating directors with people management tools, and integrating all actions in an EFQM context (European Foundation of Quality Management).

• Analysis and diagnostic of organisational areas and HR

• Workshops defining Corporate Values and Competences.
• Proposals for new organisational structures aligned with the
Business Model.
• Current situation analysis in the HR area and definition and formalisation of HR policies, processes and procedures: Recruitment and Selection, Hiring, Training, Development, Retribution and
Internal Communication.
• Formalisation of the Job Description Manual.
• Retribution study (internal and external equity).
• Training actions in Leadership development for Executive Directors and Interim Management in three workstreams: Leadership,
Teamwork and Communication.
• Management training in the use of the new employee evaluation system.
• Definition and approval of an Internal Communications plan.
