· Execution of competences and critical incident interviews.
· Production and presentation of progress reports to the client, detailing steps taken and current status of selection process.

4. Presentation of short-listed candidates:
· Candidate reports with consultant’s comments and feedback.

5. Client Interview and Feedback:
· Accompany and support interview with client.
· Feedback to the candidates.

6. Client Satisfaction Follow-up:
· Maintenance of continuous contact with client and candidate to ensure a high satisfaction level for both.
